Ken's background includes over 25 years experience in Commercial Real Estate in Atlanta and the Southeast. He holds a Brokers license in the States of Alabama and Georgia.

Ken has worked closely with Retail Developers and Retail Center Owners in Site Selection and evaluation of locations for Single Tenant buildings and Retail Strip Centers in the Atlanta metro area and the Southeast.  He represents Owners and Investors of Single Tenant and Multi-Tenant Investment properties who need professional representation to protect their investment as they purchase or sell their property. Michele is responsible for the distribution of the Marketing Packages, Confidentiality agreements from prospective purchasers. Her duties also include coordinating photography, narrative analysis and comments, exhibits and production of the final Marketing Package. Ms. Redmond is also responsible for electronic and hard copy distribution of the final Marketing Package to registered prospects.
